JerseyConnect has recently completed the conversion of our DNS infrastructure to allow self-service domain management. If you host your DNS with JerseyConnect, you will no longer need to open HelpDesk cases to make changes.
You will always be able to contact JerseyConnect support to make DNS changes, so you can continue to enjoy the same level of service. We are simply adding a new option for interested libraries.
Libraries who host only their DNS with JerseyConnect will be receiving individual notices in the next few days with instructions on how to access their service. Libraries with a website hosted by JerseyConnect will be contacted soon in order to schedule a transition to the new infrastructure.
