UPDATE 5/17/13 6:20pm: All affected JerseyConnect customers have been up and stable since 3:50pm at the latest. Verizon continues working to resolve this issue as there are other Verizon customers still affected. Be aware that some libraries may experience additional circuit outages while Verizon continues to pursue a resolution.

UPDATE 5/17/13 3pm: JerseyConnect has been notified that the outage is affecting customers throughout Northern NJ and is working with Verizon to restore service as quickly as possible.
