Description of work: JerseyConnect support staff will be upgrading the mail server MX3.NJSL.ORG to the latest version of SmarterMail.

To preview the new version go to http://maildemo.jerseyconnect.net with the username demo and password d3m0pass.

Impact: The mail server will be periodically unavailable during the above maintenance window. All mail will be queued during any outage and none will be lost.
