Recently JerseyConnect staff deployed a new web server with enhanced security features. Over the last several weeks we have been working with the library community to tune the security settings and find the best balance between protection and functionality. This will be an ongoing process as your websites and web technology in general evolves.

Please contact the JerseyConnect Helpdesk if you receive a “Forbidden” error message while working on your site so that we can make the appropriate adjustments. Additionally we ask that you keep your CMSs, plugins, themes, etc updated to ensure the safest website experience for you, your patrons, and the library community.
