Early this morning, there was a catastrophic service provider outage affecting customers in the Delaware Valley and Atlantic Coastal LATAs.

JerseyConnect worked with our service providers and implemented workarounds to restore access as quickly as possible. Most affected libraries were back online before 10 AM, and service was fully restored as of approximately 10:30 AM.
