RESOLVED – Outage for some JerseyConnect customers in Northern NJ

JerseyConnect is aware of an outage affecting customers in the North LATA beginning at approximately 8:10 PM on Friday, May 18th, 2018 and ending approximately 4:30 AM on Saturday, May 19th, 2018. We are working with Verizon to determine the root cause of the outage.
