JerseyConnect is a free service provided by the New Jersey State Library, an affiliate of the Thomas Edison State University. Through JerseyConnect, there is no charge for WAN or Internet service.
However, libraries wishing to connect to JerseyConnect’s infrastructure require a transport circuit, available from Verizon or Comcast. This service is fully E-Rate eligible, and E-Rate assistance is available at no cost to libraries.
