JerseyConnect will host your library's email, take and retain regular backups, and restore mailboxes when requested. JerseyConnect staff can manage email accounts for your library, or you can have a user (real or generic) given administrative rights over your library's email accounts. If you delegate administrative rights to a user, JerseyConnect staff will no longer manage email accounts for your library.
