The archiving feature works by keeping a copy of all messages sent from or received for a domain. Domain admins are able to search the archive and can then download messages or copy them to a user's mailbox. Messages in the archive do not count towards a user's mailbox quota. Archiving is enabled upon request and will start once we confirm it's implemented. The archive will not contain messages sent or received before it was enabled. Any message deleted by a user will only be removed from their mailbox and will remain in the archive.
