JerseyConnect will proactively monitor your connection to our network, and will respond to an apparent outage in accordance with the steps outlined in our outage policy. If you select self-management, or choose to use a device other than the provided router as a gateway, JerseyConnect staff cannot proactively respond to a loss of connectivity to your library.
