Hi Mary,
I wanted to share with you how pleased I was this morning with the level of professionalism and the assistance provided to my library by Mike Rasimowicz in dealing with issues we’ve been having with the wireless network. Mike (literally) sorted out our tangled situation and was able to clearly explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He left me feeling much more confident in my ability to describe the components of our wireless network and how it actually works. As someone working in a stand alone library that does not have full time IT help, the assistance Mike provided today constitutes an extremely valuable service.
As an added note, I also want to express my appreciation for the large increase in storage added to my email account. This has also made my daily professional life much easier.
